Months of reconnaissance have paid off and the location of an enemy stronghold has been revealed, deep within the treacherous, seemingly deserted hills of Afghanistan. Some good men have died to bring you this information and it’s only a matter of time before the insurgents relocate – there’s no choice but to strike now. Your specialist unit has been ordered to carry out a ‘Halo-Insertion’ – infiltrate the enemy stronghold and take it out with plastic explosives.

Afghan Fort has long been a beloved staple of the Delta Force Paintball experience ever since the first Delta Force Paintball Centre in Surrey opened during the late eighties. Every Afghan Fort game zone across the UK is different but every one of them feature a huge, seemingly impenetrable fortress draped in camouflage netting surrounded by all manner of towers, fences and ammo dumps.

A variation of the ‘Attack & Defend’ game rules are usually played on Afghan Fort but in this case the game is sometimes referred to as ‘Bunker Buster’. One team starts off inside the fort and has to defend it throughout the entire game while the attacking team starts off at the opposite end of the game zone. The attacking team’s objective is to escort ‘bomb’ (which is in this case a jerry can) into the fort occupied by the opposing team. The defending team can’t leave the fort five minutes.
